She was the founder and president of Dynamic SS Solutions; a progressive consulting firm tuned to assist any size organization with their next phase of growth.

During this time, Cynthia and her team performed due diligence on over 200 facilities, including the 112 Simply facilities acquired by iStorage. She has worked closely with Janus and several groups that have been trying to perfect remote management.

Over the past couple of years, Cynthia has seen a rise in the need for somebody to focus on remote self-storage management at a higher level. That is when she teamed up colleagues to form Remote Management Solutions and Remote Contact Solutions

Cynthia currently serves as past president of the NCSSA and was inducted into the NCSSA Hall of Fame.

She has been a frequent resource for both R.E.I.T.s and independent owners.

Her commitment to the industry drives her passion to develop new leaders through education and mentoring.

Matthew began his self storage career in 2000 with Cutting Edge Self Storage Management.  In 2001 he became Cutting Edge's first district manager.  A short time later he was promoted to East Coast Regional Vice President, and then finally Vice President of Operations.  In 2004, Matthew became a partner in Cutting Edge Development and assisted in self storage feasibility studies, development, and acquisitions throughout the United States.  In 2015, Matthew left Cutting Edge Self Storage Management and Cutting Edge Development to assist with the co-founding of 3 Mile Domination Self Storage Services.

Over his career, Matthew has been involved in the operation and development of millions of square feet of self storage.  Matthew regularly speaks, writes articles, and blogs for industry associations, trade shows, publications, and websites. Matthew is a former board member and former President of the Florida Self Storage Association.  Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from Florida Atlantic University and is a Licensed Real Estate Consultant in the State of Florida.

Her love of training and the storage industry conveniently led her down a path of adapting to the post covid employment struggles by training and leading successful domestic and international remote call center sales and service teams. In addition to the call center operations, Keri is focused on quality assurance and has created training programs and modules while writing operations and other process and platform specific manuals.
